Fat Beet Foundation was created with the goal of increasing awareness of sustainability, especially as it pertains to our Tampa Bay area. By offering classes and wellness opportunities, we are able to inform patrons near and far of ways we are making a difference at our coastal property, along with ways that they can in daily life. We incorporate sustainability and wellness into every activity that goes on at the farm, and instill the mindset of bettering the planet through daily action. The opportunity to provide field trips to local schools and youth organizations, especially at discounted or affordable rates, is an excellent way for the next generations to appreciate and understand not only sustainable practices, but many other educational topics related to agriculture and the environment.
